Special for three YouTube studios
- Vibration requirements
- For this purpose, a three-storey steel frame was inserted as a pendulum construction and filled with masonry (house-in-house construction)
- Demolition of a floor
- Doubling of the floor construction with a second slab
- Decoupling via special spring elements - the resulting cavity between the insulation layer and the new ceiling is particularly important for the insulation in the low-frequency range
- Second wall shell as a drywall construction in front of the infilled steel construction
- Suspended ceilings with acoustic decoupling elements
- Epoxy resin floor with very low tolerances for vibration-free tracking shots on a tripod
- When setting up the two larger studios in the new building, the underground route of the S-Bahn line running directly in front of the building had to be taken into account
