Performance

Planning for the construction of a new stage with a sub-structure consisting of stage platforms; Work stages 3 - 9 of the Schedule of Services and Fees for Architects and Engineers (HOAI)

Measures taken

  • After the removal of the dilapidated stage structure, the sloping natural stone stage surface, which was a protected monument, was implemented as a new stage structure consisting of pedestals with an almost horizontal stage level.
  • Loading docks were added at the front on both sides to permit short and non-redundant mounting and removal times for the sound systems.
  • The sensitive integration of the new structure into the existing context, the increase in the stage are from almost 400 m² to over 700 m² and the construction of new ramps and staircases reflect the individual wishes of the operating company.
